We take into consideration the value of your estate, any community restrictions on sales, client time limitations, along with monetary concerns or needs.

After a complimentary on site evaluation, we will collaborate with our client and make a customized recommendation for action. On site evaluations are recommended up to 9 month prior to your expected sale. We usually fill our calendar months in advance.  If you are considering listing a home for sale, please call us before you list so we can reserve a weekend for you. 

What we can offer:

  • full multi-day estate sale with set up and cleanup

  • smaller yard sale.

  • Thorough advertising through, Craigslist,, Estate-Alchemy email list; along with clear, professional local signs vital to bringing in traffic.

  • individual item appraisal including recommendations for selling venue to get the most advantageous price.

  • identifying items for local independent consignment.

  • arrange for packing and transport to your chosen charity, or pick up by your chosen charity if available.

You know you are getting a fair deal with Estate Alchemy.  Our rates are based on the actual work conducted, not a percentage of sales.  This means you get exactly what you pay for.  If your items are worth more, you get to keep that.  We don’t turn down clients because there is not enough to sell.  Charging only for services rendered also means our clients get to choose how involved they want to be with a sale.
