Estate Alchemy offers customized solutions for most needs. It is our goal to fit our services to your unique situation. 

We take into consideration the value of your estate, any community restrictions on sales, client time limitations, along with monetary concerns or needs.

After a complimentary on site evaluation, we will collaborate with our client and make a customized recommendation for action. On site evaluations are recommended up to 9 month prior to your expected sale. We usually fill our calendar months in advance.  If you are considering listing a home for sale, please call us before you list so we can reserve a weekend for you. 

What we can offer:

• full multi-day estate sale with set up and cleanup

• smaller yard sale.

• Thorough advertising through EstateSales.net, Craigslist, Estate-Alchemy.com, Estate-Alchemy email list; along with clear, professional local signs vital to bringing in traffic.

• individual item appraisal including recommendations for selling venue to get the most advantageous price.

• identifying items for local independent consignment.

• arrange for packing and transport to your chosen charity, or pick up by your chosen charity if available.

Estate Alchemy is flexible in working with clients. Most estates can be liquidated on a commission basis. If there is not enough inventory in the estate to be conductive to this type of sale, we can adjust and bill for services on an hourly basis.
